If you do not receive the authentication text, you can usually resolve the issue using the methods below.
1. Check your spam mailbox: The verification email may have been sent to your spam mailbox due to sending international mail or an unregistered email address. Please check it.
2. Resend text message: There may be a temporary error that prevents the text message from being sent. Please tap the Resend button to request the authentication text message again.
If the above method does not resolve the issue, please contact customer service.
Currently, Popple World app membership registration is done through SNS linkage, and basic membership information provided through SNS is automatically reflected when registering. Because of this, please understand that you cannot directly change your name within the app.
You can delete your account by going to [More > Profile (click name) > Delete Account].
